- This role is remote, and we have a strong p reference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings, and potential career fairs.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, providing best-in-class recruiting support across all lines of business (Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and Information Technology).
- Manage and source multiple job requisitions concurrently.
- Maintain excellent and timely communication with candidates that are being considered for future or current positions.
- The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with program managers, teaming partners, and the BD team on a regular basis and proactively identify qualified candidates for all hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' overall recruiting experience
- Proven work experience with online job boards/websites, passive candidate sourcing, and Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, financial, and/or corporate recruiting
- the ability to adapt and make decisions based on available information
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications
- Evaluate all candidates fairly and ensure they meet all minimum requirements of each role.
Nice to have
- Preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings.
- Working experience with Lever ATS
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification
