Responsibilities
- Technical Recruiter partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive innovative strategies and solutions to satisfy dynamic talent needs.
- Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.
- Build an on-going, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to support open requirements.
- The Senior Technical Recruiter supports the organization's recruiting efforts to attract a highly skilled and qualified workforce.
Requirements
- Ability to translate business/organizational issues as they relate to recruiting lifecycle.
- Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches including networking, internet mining, social media and cold calling.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field of study required.
- Certification in recruiting/internet recruiter (CIR, CSSR, TAS, CDR, etc.) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in emerging science/technical industry.
- DOD recruiting experience preferred.
