Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company.

You have experience in a similar environment.
You have strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
You have schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.

You can analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
You have demonstrated ability to lead a team during high volume business periods in multiple departments.
