About the role
- What success looks like in this role: Role Summary: Installs, repairs, and provide technical maintenance for PC products and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.
- This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.

Responsibilities
- Provides the full range of field engineering support for an assigned base of large and/or complex clients.
- Performs advanced-level maintenance on all products, including lower-complexity installation activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- May require a technical certification or Associate Degree.
- Generally, 2-4 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
- Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
