About the role

  • This is a hands-on role at the intersection of operations, customer success, data, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Track partner performance and analyze metrics such as delivery volume, service reliability, adoption, and customer experience.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that surface trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather partner feedback and work with internal teams to help resolve operational or product issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to support partner needs.
  • Assist with business reviews, partner meetings, and follow-up action items.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal Partner Success processes, documentation, and tools.
  • Support special projects related to partner growth, network expansion, and new delivery use cases.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • You must have completed the second year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications or a related field.
  • Must be able to travel frequently throughout Dallas, Texas.
