About the role
- This is a hands-on role at the intersection of operations, customer success, data, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Track partner performance and analyze metrics such as delivery volume, service reliability, adoption, and customer experience.
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that surface trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather partner feedback and work with internal teams to help resolve operational or product issues.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to support partner needs.
- Assist with business reviews, partner meetings, and follow-up action items.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal Partner Success processes, documentation, and tools.
- Support special projects related to partner growth, network expansion, and new delivery use cases.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
- You must have completed the second year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications or a related field.
- Must be able to travel frequently throughout Dallas, Texas.
