About the role
- Retell AI (YC W24) is the voice AI agent platform for enterprise call centers — healthcare, legal, automotive, insurance. 50M+ conversations/month, $50M ARR.
- We need someone to build out our educational content library: tutorials, integration walkthroughs, and explainer content for both developers and non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Create video + written tutorials on Retell's platform (voice AI agents, orchestration engine, key use cases)
- Build step-by-step integration guides for GoHighLevel, HubSpot, n8n, Make, and others
- Develop a repeatable content framework so quality stays consistent as we scale the library
Nice to have
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code platforms (you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be technically fluent)
- Strong screen recording + video production (Loom-quality minimum, polished editing preferred)
- We'll give you the roadmap, not a daily standup.
