About the role

The Security Technology Program Manager is an experienced professional with expertise in security technology and project management.

This individual will manage a portfolio of security technology projects, working closely with Physical Security, Technology, Cyber Security, Facilities, vendors, and integrators.
They will evaluate emerging technologies, lead technical pilots, and establish design standards for construction and renovations.
Manage security technology workstreams for new builds, renovations, and infrastructure projects.
Develop design packages, oversee integrators, and ensure alignment with security standards.
Partner with Physical Security, Facilities, IT, and vendors to align technology with operational needs.
Support lifecycle planning and vendor evaluations.
Deliver executive updates, project scorecards, and post-project reviews.
Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.

5+ years of experience managing physical security technology or capital security projects in enterprise environments.
Extensive hands‑on experience with CCure 9000 access control systems.
Deep expertise of video management platforms including VideoEdge, Victor, and Genetec, as well as video analytics solutions.
Proven experience running proof‑of‑concept evaluations and translating findings into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise with CCure 9000, leading access control and VMS platforms, video analytics, and strong program and project management skills.

Depending on the position, you may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:

Familiarity with identity platforms and physical‑digital credential workflows preferred.
Knowledge of emerging physical security sensors, analytics, and cloud‑based security ecosystems preferred.
Certifications such as PMP, PSP, CSPO/PSPO, or relevant security technology credentials preferred.
Experience working in highly regulated or multi‑site global environments preferred.
Program and Project Management experience: capital project execution, vendor oversight, budget and timeline management.
Technical experience with access control operations, VMS administration, video analytics, system design standards, platform lifecycle management.

$160,000 - $225,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
