About the role
- The Human Resources Manager oversees personnel and daily operations of the human resources department.
- Completes hiring and onboarding for all employees (onboarding checklist, I9's, E-Verify, background checks, orientation, etc.).
- Participates in administrative team meetings.

- Implement and revise a company's compensation program.
- Develop, analyze, and update the company's evaluation program.
- Develop, maintain and revise company policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Partners with operational teammates and senior leadership on key issues, regional support, and business strategy.
Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience with various human resource information systems.
