- Design and implement scalable, low-latency search services.
- Lead and mentor a team of search engineers.
- Develop advanced search capabilities including: NLP-powered search Vector search Personalized search experiences Build analytics around search performance: Click Through Rate (CTR) Query Distribution Zero Search Results Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams.
