  • Design and implement scalable, low-latency search services.
  • Lead and mentor a team of search engineers.
  • Develop advanced search capabilities including: NLP-powered search Vector search Personalized search experiences Build analytics around search performance: Click Through Rate (CTR) Query Distribution Zero Search Results Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams.
  • Drive best practices through code reviews and technical leadership.
