About the role

We are looking to add an experienced investment professional to join the team as a Portfolio Manager for our U.S. growth strategy.
The Select Equities Team constructs high-conviction portfolios, with most of our separately managed accounts holding 25-50 stocks.

Minimum of 10 years' professional investment experience with at least 5 years on the buyside.
Strong preference for relevant experience as a portfolio manager and/or analyzing growth companies.
Alignment with Morningstar's philosophy and approach to investing in equities.
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in learning new subjects, industries, and companies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent critical thinking skills with a focus on company analysis and valuation.
