  • This role provides technical ownership and leadership for complex mechanical systems essential to semiconductor manufacturing, including HVAC, process piping, plumbing, fire protection systems, and the Industrial / DI Water Plant.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate system performance, capacity, and reliability to support current operations and future manufacturing requirements
  • Develop short‑term and long‑term facilities strategies aligned with site and business growth plans
  • Design, Documentation & Engineering Standards
  • Lead mechanical system design efforts, including development of:
  • Specifications and design criteria
  • Perform and/or review AutoCAD drafting, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain accurate as‑built drawings, engineering records, and system documentation for all assigned facilities assets
  • Operations, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Support
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams to:
  • Optimize maintenance strategies and lifecycle costs

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting mechanical facilities systems such as HVAC, piping, and industrial utilities
  • Strong working knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction practices
