The Florida Panthers enter their 33 rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League's premier franchises.
As back-to-back Stanley Cup champions in 2024 and 2025, the Cats have emerged victorious in 11 of their past 12 postseason series and have captured four Eastern Conference championships.
The Panthers are led by President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Bill Zito entering his seventh season, and President of Business Operations Michael White who begins his first full season.

Manage and direct traffic flow entering, exiting, and circulating within parking areas to ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement
Maintain a safe and clean environment by promptly notifying appropriate personnel of hazards or operational concerns
Support post-event parking lot breakdown and cleanup, including removal of traffic control devices and signage once parking areas have cleared
Examine and validate parking tickets and prepaid passes, including operating scanning and validation equipment

Ability to stand throughout the duration of a scheduled shift (minimum 4 hours)
Must be capable of working outside in a variety of environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, high wind, or rain
Must be available to work a scheduled percentage of events, including nights and weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Perform physical tasks as required, including bending or twisting at the waist to reach, lift, or move items at ground level
Must be able to communicate clearly through talking and hearing at normal speaking levels
Excellent verbal communication skills
Follows instructions and responds positively to management direction
Ability to work in a variety of locations and positions as needed
Positive and friendly approach to all guests
Prolonged standing and walking, including moving between work sites over long distances
Climbing stairs, ramps, and similar structures requiring body agility
Balancing on narrow, slippery, or moving surfaces
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching in various directions
Pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping objects; lifting items from lower to higher positions requiring use of upper extremities and back muscles
Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers
