About the role
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in federal financial management, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance, and will play a key role in shaping business processes, supporting system implementation, and ensuring audit readiness.

Responsibilities
- Business Transformation & Process Support
- Lead and support Business Process Reengineering (BPR ) efforts across Treasury and partner agencies
- Define and validate:
- Provide functional support across ERP domains including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Budgeting
- Support preparation of federal financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.)
- Data & Migration Support
- Validate data mapping, conversion accuracy, and reconciliation
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate financial scenarios and ensure compliance with federal financial requirements
- Collaborate with Treasury, BFS, and federal agency stakeholders
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (suitability) clearance
Skills
- Standardize financial processes and align legacy operations to the OneFM Core Financial System baseline
