- Oversee the architecture, design and delivery of large-scale, reliable, maintainable, high quality tested software systems aligned with company guidelines and best practices, maintaining comprehensive documentation for software design, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring the team's compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Generate and champion initiatives (investments, processes, tooling, culture) which improve the team, system and/or engineering productivity as a whole.
- Model and ensure a healthy culture within the team and proactively enable psychological safety, timely feedback and conflict resolution, openness, and collaboration.
