About the role
- • Associate loads painted and sealed steel drums onto 45', 48' and 53' trailers placed at the loading dock doors. • There are 2 sets of loaders, and they alternate trailers. • The associate will lift @55lb steel drums from a conveyor at waist height to place on the trailer floor behind them at 1 level, 2 levels or 3 levels high while moving the conveyor by
- button back out the trailer as they load each row of 4, 8 or 12 drums. • They load approximately 1 trailer per hour with another partner. • They may load 56, 112, or 168 drums when they load every other trailer. • Associate could handle @800 drums per shift.
