- The Store Manager will oversee retail store operations in LA, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and optimal store performance.
- Start-up experience Experience using Shopify POS and admin A connection to the sport of running ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time role based primarily in Bandit retail locations in LA.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules to ensure optimal staffing at retail stores for daily operations and special events Oversee payroll processing
- As the fastest-growing brand in the sport, we challenge conventional brand-building norms, prioritizing an extremely high bar for disruptive excellence across product, experiences, and content.
- This includes leading and developing the retail team, managing daily store operations, upholding brand standards, and achieving sales targets.
- This role will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align store activities, events, and pop-ups with company initiatives.

Compensation
- This position reports to the Head of Operations Pay range $80,000-$85,000.
