About the role

Collaborating with schools, students, families, employers, and other stakeholders to deliver Pre-Employment Transition Services to students across the state.
Developing relationships with schools and providing workshops to youth.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, individuals with disabilities, families, providers, schools and employers.

Working in the community and in schools.
Frequent local and occasional statewide travel.
