About the role

Responsibilities

  • As Product Leader for our Broker-Dealer division (Custody, Trading, and Market Data), you'll own the foundational asset management systems behind $70+ billion in assets for more than 1 million clients.
  • You'll also collaborate with our team of Investing experts to develop cutting edge portfolio management capabilities.
  • Dive into the technical weeds of high-impact project efforts that require additional support and cross-functional alignment
  • Hire, manage, and develop a team of high-performing PMs.
  • In this highly cross-functional role, you'll represent the critical Broker-Dealer domain to stakeholders and executives across the company, and partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations and Capital Markets to navigate the requirements of a highly-regulated environment.

  • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure staff have the proper tools to manage rapidly expanding cash and brokerage systems.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of product management experience leading products in complex technical domains.
  • Comfort operating at multiple altitudes: setting multi-year platform strategy one day, unblocking a mutual fund edge case the next.

  • Strong analytical abilities and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.
