About the role

  • The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of EOLA Power's Electrical Contracting services while actively performing electrical work in the field.
  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial electrical work, particularly in critical power systems such as UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and growth of the Electrical Contracting division.
  • Build and manage a team of electricians and apprentices.
  • Develop strategies to expand our electrical contracting services.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, local building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary permits and licenses for projects.
  • Support the sales and engineering teams with technical insights during project planning and customer consultations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current and active Master Electrician License in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical installations, with a strong preference for critical power systems (UPS, transfer switches, generators).
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Nice to have

  • Experience in critical power installations, including data centers, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities.
  • Familiarity with electrical contracting business operations, including estimating, procurement, and project planning.

Compensation

  • $75,000K - $90,000K
  • Salary Range: $75,000K - $90,000K
