About the role
- The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of EOLA Power's Electrical Contracting services while actively performing electrical work in the field.
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial electrical work, particularly in critical power systems such as UPS systems, transfer switches, and generators.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of the Electrical Contracting division.
- Build and manage a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Develop strategies to expand our electrical contracting services.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Obtain and maintain necessary permits and licenses for projects.
- Support the sales and engineering teams with technical insights during project planning and customer consultations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Must hold a current and active Master Electrician License in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical installations, with a strong preference for critical power systems (UPS, transfer switches, generators).
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing large-scale electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Nice to have
- Experience in critical power installations, including data centers, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities.
- Familiarity with electrical contracting business operations, including estimating, procurement, and project planning.

Compensation
- $75,000K - $90,000K
- Salary Range: $75,000K - $90,000K
