Responsibilities
- Manage alarm systems and GSA security containers in accordance with installation and federal requirements.
- Prepare status reports, manage government property, identify hazardous conditions, and ensure compliance with all applicable security and access requirements.
- Lead safety training, enforce PPE requirements, and ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA standards and applicable AFIs.
- Support quality assurance activities including audits, SOPs, inspection checklists, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of applicable Air Force Instructions, including AFI 90-821, AFI 91-202, and 29 CFR 1910.1200.
- Experience managing HAZCOM programs, chemical hygiene plans, and safety inspections.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet all installation access requirements at Kirtland AFB.
- Must be able to identify themselves as contractor personnel in all communications, on identification badges, and in workspaces located on Government installations.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
Nice to have
- Prior experience at Kirtland AFB or other AFRL facilities.
- Experience as a GSA Security Container Custodian or Alarm Custodian.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting spacecraft integration, assembly, or test facilities.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management standards in a government or defense contracting environment.
- US citizenship is required

Compensation
- Salary range is $64,083-$150K DOE
