Responsibilities
- Lead analytical support for product line transitions and license projects, ensuring
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Line of Balance (LOB) reporting, providing clear
- Support visibility and coordination of products and services delivered from
- Provide Clear-To-Build (CTB) line of sight, working with IPTs and the stockroom to
- Deliver analytical support to Value Stream teams to enable accurate MRP demand
- Prepare and present Excel-based analysis, dashboards, and reports to support
- Identify and drive opportunities for process, data, and ERP workflow improvement,
- Build strong working relationships across the PMO and Business-As-Usual (BAU)
Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, Supply Chain,
- 3-5+ years' experience in an operations analyst, program/project analyst, or
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables,
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, job order management, and planning-
- Experience supporting license transitions, manufacturing cutovers, or supplier
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights
- required, to develop and validate detailed manufacturing cutover and transition
- C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
