Responsibilities

  • include collaborating cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Product Development & Engineering (PD&E), Maintenance, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance to support efficient production processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • As a member of the Boston Whaler team, this role provides manufacturing engineering support to Assembly Operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand production processes
  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree (A.S.) in Engineering or a related field preferred
  • Experience with AS400/Profound systems preferred

Skills

  • Review and process PACE suggestions, ensuring timely evaluation and closure.
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Compensation

  • decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
  • In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
  • $43,200 - $59,900
