  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Create/maintain process documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS, other areas may be considered.
  • Complex power settlements/accounting experience 3+ years.
  • Experience working with Energy trading, settlements, scheduling, operations, back office.
  • Experience with ETRM and Bid-to-Bill systems Adapt2/Allegro useful.
  • Ability to read, understand, and translate complex contracts, applying requirement into settlements process.

Nice to have

  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in the Energy industry.
  • Office Products experience with intermediate/advanced EXCEL skills, Power Query skills a plus..

  • The Complex Settlements Senior Analyst will be responsible for the invoicing and settlement of accounts assigned to Complex Settlements.
  • Also for allocating charges based on several parameters and work closely with other Clean Energy teams to ensure proper and timely invoicing, payables, and accounting.
  • In addition, it will play a key role in digitalization and automation projects and will have a strong understanding of AES Clean Energy's assets and products.
  • The position will report to the Manager of Complex Settlements.
