About the role
- This position plays a key role in maintaining financial stability, audit readiness, and rate accuracy across behavioral health programs, including IBHS and ABA services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized AP records for audit purposes
- Accounting Support
- Support general ledger review and variance analysis
- Maintain financial documentation and schedules
- Support preparation of financial reports
- Maintain and update payer and program rate tables
- The Finance Specialist supports DTAC's financial operations with a focus on accounts payable, accounting support, rate management, and financial analysis.
- This role ensures accurate financial processing, maintains strong internal controls, and supports leadership through reporting, reconciliations, and rate-setting activities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or finance support roles
Nice to have
- Experience supporting audits or financial reviews
- Occasional extended hours during month-end close and audits
- Travel to program sites or corporate office as needed
