Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Quantitative Field (Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, etc.,).
5+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), eCommerce, or omnichannel retail, with direct exposure to Amazon category dynamics.
5+ years of experience in a combination of Category Management, Analytics, Strategy, or Sales with demonstrated experience leading analytical-driven category or growth initiatives.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience working with Amazon data, performance metrics, and platform-level reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and executive‑ready storytelling.
Hands-on experience with Amazon platforms and tools, including Vendor/Seller Central, Brand Analytics.
Experience with eCommerce data and digital shelf tools such as Profitero/Stackline/Edge or equivalent.

Master of Business Administration or Business Analytics.
Familiarity with retail media metrics and performance measurement within the Amazon ecosystem.
Experience with syndicated data tools such as Nielsen or Circana.
Working knowledge of SQL and/or experience querying large datasets.
Experience working with Microsoft CoPilot, or other Large Language AI Models

Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize category opportunities.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and Amazon stakeholders through compelling data‑driven storytelling.

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $114,000.00- $143,000.00 annually.
