Responsibilities
- Support release and maintenance activities by performing validation checks, smoke tests, and release communications.
- Maintain and improve runbooks, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to support L0/L1 teams.
- Support operational execution for AI‑enabled features, including tenant enablement and access controls.
- Document recurring AI operational issues and contribute improvements to runbooks and self‑service content.
- 4+ years in technical operations, support engineering, or software delivery.
- This role focuses on tenant configuration, operational backlog execution, release support, and close coordination with support and engineering teams to meet customer commitments
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience
- Participate in hyper‑care during major launches when required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
