About the role
- The Representative, Deductions & Collections will be responsible for managing one or more retail accounts at the regional and national level.
- He/she will be responsible for collections, completing claims and reconciling customer deductions within established deadlines.
Responsibilities
- In addition, the representative will support and assist the Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Provide support to the accounts receivable team as needed
- Responsible for an assigned portfolio of accounts receivable and all day-to-day responsibilities to perform necessary follow-ups on customer claims, invoices, and deductions
- Clearly document all relevant accounts receivable information
Requirements
- College degree in finance or other relevant field or equivalent experience
- U niversity Bachelor degree would be considered an asset
- 2-4 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of credit, collection, and deduction practices
- Knowledge of AS/400, EDI systems and customer portals an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office suite

Compensation
- Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
- 48,505 - 63,635 $
