About the role
- This role is ideal for candidates with an Accounting or STEM background who are interested in applying data analysis, process automation, and emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled tools, alongside accounting fundamentals.
- The role offers hands‑on exposure to core accounting processes, internal controls, and opportunities to participate in accounting transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in accounting transformation initiatives, including evaluating and testing AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Support efforts to identify opportunities to automate or streamline AR processes and reporting
- Manage analysis of large amounts of trading data to support billing and revenue recognition efforts
- Generate, monitor and maintain global dealer/standard fee schedules for all trading revenue streams.
- Support month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry support, and variance analysis
- Partner with internal teams (Sales/Operations) to resolve discrepancies and improve billing accuracy
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including SOX documentation and audit requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM‑related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience required
- Experience with data analytics tools Alteryx, SQL and Excel required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US permanently without employment visa sponsorship required now or in the future

- The Role
- The Accounts Receivable Associate will be work closely with the Accounts Receivable & Revenue team, IT MIS and Product Managers to support the daily execution of the Accounts Receivable function and assist with ongoing initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality across the AR process. This role is ideal for candidates with an Accounting or STEM background who are interested in applying data analysis, process automation, and emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled tools, alongside accounting fundamentals.
- Modelling and impact analysis of new and proposed fee plans/fee concessions.
- Evaluate new and existing agreements containing performance obligations that need to be measured or tracked.
- Resolve and document any differences between provisions in a contract vs Salesforce requests.
- Analyse discounts, rebates, and various revenue share arrangements to ensure criteria are met.
- Handle various pricing-related ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Assist with preparing and issuing customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and accounting policies
