About the role
- You will take a hands-on approach to leadership, effectively engaging, motivating, and coaching team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee M&RE-related processes including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment (forklifts), building, grounds, and overall upkeep of a building
- Motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of technicians and associate managers, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within
- Provide project management support as assigned
- Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs
- Maintain a current list of contractors to ensure that all emergency repairs are handled in a timely manner
- you roll with the punches and don't get overwhelmed easily, you adapt quickly to change and know how to deliver results in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
Requirements
- you have passion and grit
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
