Responsibilities
- The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work directly with our Chief Technology Officer to build and extend our AI-first technology suite.
- This role is central to our engineering strategy - you will use Claude Code and the Anthropic API daily to build intelligent clinical workflows, automate patient communication, and extend our no-code pathway builder with LLM capabilities.
- Workflow engine or rules engine design
Requirements
- Foster cross-functional collaboration on system design and product scoping Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on production experience required
- Experience with no-code/low-code platform development
Skills
- Understanding of HIPAA or similar compliance frameworks
Compensation
- Real-time communication systems at scale Pay Range $175K-$250K depending on experience.
