About the role

This role is ideal for an early-career HR or recruiting professional who is highly organized, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to take ownership of recruitment processes.
While the position will include some HR administration and coordination, the main focus is recruitment execution.
As a SOLV4EX team member, a typical week will include the following:

Together, we sell, manufacture, and support batteries and battery storage systems for industries including automotive, renewable energy, telecommunications, and industrial power.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and help ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build strong recruiting experience, contribute ideas, improve hiring processes, and grow into a role where they can confidently manage recruiting activity with increasing independence.
Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, accounting, or administrative support.
Knowledge of basic excel formulas and pivot tables- ability to use AI to supplement foundational excel knowledge.
Candidates must be located in Calgary.

Using recruitment tools and channels, including Indeed Smart Sourcing, to identify and engage potential candidates.
