About the role
- Assists in the development of training for budget managers.
- Monitors budgets with regards to sufficient funds.
- Oversee all student and club budgets, aiding and training as needed.

- Maintain the budget request submission process, formatting and disbursing to E-team
- Department Support & Collaboration
- Maintain Budget Office website
- Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Must have the ability to treat others with respect, civility, and courtesy and to work honestly, effectively, and collegiality with employees, students, and the community.
- To be considered for this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete the Budget Data Book and distribute to required entities
- 4 years of demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting, preferably within a higher education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to treat others with respect, civility, and courtesy and to work honestly, effectively, and collegiality with employees, students, and the community. This includes the ability to use appropriate conflict management skills to effectively manage any disagreement that might arise or to bring the disagreement to management for assistance in productive resolution when the situation requires it.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $57,400-$68,900.
