Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to resolve complex quality issues.
- Implement and manage quality frameworks, including SCARs and Quality Improvement Plans.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure analysis initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent field with a strong understanding of Operations and Supply Chain principles.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain management, specifically within hardware commodities.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in Supplier Quality Management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving methodologies including RCA, CAPA, 8D, Failure Analysis, and ISO 9001 standards.
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Management within a technical or manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing environments.
- Possession of relevant Supplier Quality Certifications or Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and their application in quality management.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation
- Message to applicants applying to work in the U.S. and/or Canada: The starting salary range posted for this position is $140,800.00 to $183,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.

- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan.
