About the role

Requirements
- 3+ years' experience supporting systems infrastructure (end user compute, server, and/or storage).
- Experience working with and managing ticket queue management
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft platforms & Windows client technologies
- Ability to communicate highly technical functions to a non-technical audience
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other field.
- 5+ years' experience supporting systems infrastructure (end-user computing, server, and storage).
- Experience scripting/programming in a language such as Python, PowerShell, Ruby, Perl, Unix shell, etc.
- Mobile Device Management
- SCCM Experience (OS deployments, PXE, Software Distribution, Patch Management)
- Group Policy, Configuration Baselines, On-prem or Azure AD knowledge
- Experience protecting and maintaining systems under HIPAA and PCI regulations.
