About the role

It's A Secret Med Spa is an elite medical spa with locations nationwide that empowers people by elevating their natural beauty through high-performance injectables, lasers, and aesthetics.
As a Treatment Consultant, you will consult and sell our aesthetic services to new and existing patients.
Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services Recommend and up-sell new services by evaluating the client's current aesthetic treatment processes.

Meet with each new client and give them an overview of our services, create a custom treatment plan to achieve their goals, and ensure they are comfortable and well educated about our wide variety of service offerings.

Job Responsibilities Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients, warm leads, and thoroughly describing our services and skincare products with an expert knowledge base and consistency.
Meet with each new client and give them an overview of our services, create a custom treatment plan to achieve their goals, and ensure they are comfortable and well educated about our wide variety of service offerings.
Build rapport and close sales with potential clients by explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing financing contracts with lenders such as Cherry Finance and Care Credit.
Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services Recommend and up-sell new services by evaluating the client's current aesthetic treatment processes.
Maintain collaborative relationships with peers and achieve results with a win-together mentality.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and proactively outreach to current and potential clients to drive results.
