About the role
- Altruist is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Credit and Lending team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand business needs, growth objectives, and market dynamics
- Create a culture of innovation and technical excellence, encouraging experimentation and exploring new opportunities for company growth
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, automation, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality
- Experience in building and managing large scale software applications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as Software Engineering Manager within a high performing Engineering organization
- 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery owning a highly visible and large technical scope and an in-depth knowledge of software architectures
- You possess a strong knowledge base, the ability to discover the unknown, and are open to differing perspectives
- Experience designing platforms in the Fintech, banking, or trading domain
- Experience working with complex data and creating data visualizations
