Responsibilities

  • This is an experienced VDC Coordinator position where the incumbent will translate design intent contract documents or 3D design models of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems into fabrication and installation detail Building Information Models (BIM's) utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice to have

  • 2 or more years of experience with installation or 3D modelling of mechanical or plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP and Autodesk Navisworks
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit or any other BIM related software is a plus
  • A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
