- Aerospace & Defense Strategic Accounts – Contract Manufacturing Pen Manufacturing is seeking an Aerospace & Defense Strategic Accounts expert to drive growth across commercial aerospace, defense, and government-related manufacturing programs. This role is responsible for developing and expanding long-term OEM and Tier 1 supplier relationships within
Nice to have
- Secure multi-year production contracts and manufacturing agreements
- 10-20+ years of aerospace and defense sales or strategic account experience
- Direct experience selling manufacturing services into aerospace or defense required
- Existing relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or defense contractors strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of AS9100, ITAR, and aerospace manufacturing standards
- Background in sheet metal fabrication, welding, or precision machining preferred
- Proven track record of winning complex, high-value production programs Candidates without direct aerospace and defense manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Compensation
- $70,000-130,000 Commission Bonus: $0-300,000+ per year Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive Uncapped commission tied to revenue growth Clear path to expanded leadership as aerospace and defense programs scale
