Responsibilities
- This role will focus on translating regulatory requirements and risk insights into actionable dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), and reporting that support effective oversight of commercial activities. _
- Design and execute data-driven compliance monitoring initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to deliver actionable insights to Compliance leadership
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, monitoring, analytics, or commercial operations
- 0-5% U.S. travel required
Nice to have
- Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification preferred
Skills
- Translate healthcare compliance requirements into measurable monitoring frameworks, KRIs, and reporting tools
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance compliance oversight
Compensation
- The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $103,300.00-$141,000.00.
