About the role

You will be responsible for driving proposal creation, proposal strategy, presentations, and overall client relationship strategy.
This is a hands-on sales role where the primary function is to generate new logos as well as some farming of existing accounts.
Applicants can expect to make between $185,000 to $220,000 upon hire with an uncapped OTE (this position is eligible for commissions per the sales commission plan).

Experience in selling consulting or professional
Experience pricing deals and working with the organization to structure deals
Ability to travel up to 25% + to engage with current Clients and perspective Clients
5 or more years of CCaaS sales experience for the call center industry
Enterprise sales experience (contact center size 1000+ agent/seats)
Understanding of CCaaS space and key competitors in the marketplace
MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint (well versed in crafting presentation slide decks and delivering presentations)
Vertical preferences healthcare, telecom, financial services, insurance, and retail

We are looking for a hungry go-getter who has experience selling services specifically CCaaS and AI with enterprise Clients.
As a key member of the Tech Mahindra sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, developing new clients across a variety of industries, and owning your book of business.
You will participate in conferences and industry events.
