Responsibilities

  • Balance workload using RCM; act on sustained over/under-resourcing; maintain staffing levels and address attrition impacts.
  • Deploy global design and process improvements locally; reinforce adherence and standard work.
  • Maintain audit and SOX compliance readiness; ensure control owners/executors act on time.
  • You will accelerate the adoption of global design and process improvements in your area.
  • Lead AI-powered transformation - Drive innovation and solve real-world business challenges that matter
  • Lead the design, implementation, and execution of compliance and risk management strategies across the Record-to-Report (R2R) function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and oversee timely implementation to minimize exposure.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues, embed controls, and strengthen governance frameworks.
  • Establish and deliver compliance and risk management training programs to build awareness and ensure policy adherence at all levels.
  • Lead regular audits, assessments, and reviews to evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
