About the role
- You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with OSHA, FSMA, and GMP standards.
- This role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and is an overnight schedule, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Lead a team of Cleaning & Sanitation Associates to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Proven experience in a leadership role (Lead, Senior Associate, or Supervisor).

Requirements
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning logs, chemical usage, and staff training as required for regulatory inspections (FDA, SQF, etc.).
- 2+ years of sanitation experience in a manufacturing or food production setting.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders comfortably.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and at varying heights (using scissor lifts or ladders).
- Must be proficient in operating (and willing to train others on) Powered Industrial Vehicles (forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks) and industrial floor scrubbers.

- Strong attention to detail, ability to solve problems under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
- Highly Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
