Responsibilities
- Manage account closeouts for graduates and drops, including reporting and compliance tasks
- Maintain accurate records in CampusNexus, d ocumenting financial transactions and communications
- Support inventory management, receive signed agreements, and keep accurate office documentation
Requirements
- Coordinate with Financial Aid on student refunds and process required exit documentation
Compensation
- Administer federal and alternative funding disbursements in compliance with all regulations
- Oversee third-party billing (WIA, TA, Vocational Rehab) and coordinate timely payments
- Track Title IV refunds and credit balances; ensure timely and accurate processing
- Review student accounts and ledgers to verify adequate funding and identify financial concerns
- Meet with students to arrange payment plans and monitor cash payments
- Manage account closeouts for graduates and drops, including reporting and compliance tasks
