Help build relationships with the broker-dealer community to facilitate improved New Issue Allocations, market intelligence and act as a point of contact for the platform
Increase efficiency of execution services and help build automated solutions for the desk's processes and order flow

Proven trading experience in execution of both High Yield and Investment Grade Credit securities
Understanding of industry recognized analytic and trading systems including Bloomberg, MarketAxess and Tradeweb.
Experience with BRS Aladdin a plus
Demonstrated process improvement through automation of order flow or similar skillset (coding skills should include familiarity with: Python, JavaScript, SQL)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Undergraduate degree with a preference towards a Bachelor's degree in a finance-related or computer science field

Role Details

The salary range for this position in New York is $104,000 to $173,000.
Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
