About the role

Every member of our Madrigal team is connected by our shared purpose: leading the fight against MASH.
Rezdiffra is the first and only medication approved by both the FDA and European Commission for the treatment of MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis (F2 to F3).
An ongoing Phase 3 outcomes trial is evaluating Rezdiffra for the treatment of compensated MASH cirrhosis (F4c).

Provide strong management oversight with an emphasis on developing team capability, accountability, and attention to detail.
Partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to align workplace initiatives with company needs.
Lead initiatives that enhance workplace engagement, operational effectiveness, and organizational productivity.
Oversee workplace planning and utilization systems to optimize space usage, support growth, and provide data-driven insights.
Support the development and execution of workplace, facilities, and real estate strategies that align with organizational growth and business objectives.
Real Estate & Facilities Support
Maintain lease documentation, critical dates, reporting, and portfolio records while supporting the Executive Director's portfolio management strategy.
Lead day-to-day oversight and coordination of construction, relocation, and workplace projects, ensuring execution aligns with strategic direction established by the Executive Director.
Support safe and efficient facilities operations in partnership with workplace, safety, and business stakeholders.
Partner in developing and monitoring workplace and facilities budgets.
