About the role
- The anticipated base salary for this position is $115,500 - $192,500.
- Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state.
- Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage.
Responsibilities
- Build and run a portfolio of company leads, establishing and maintaining relationships at owner (founder or institutional shareholder as the case may be), executive management and board level, utilising cost and time efficient communication channels
- Implement client communication and contact plan to potential listing and PSM candidates and existing issuers, including the advisory and investor community
- Develop an understanding of the clients, the key contacts and review their fee potential regularly
- Focus on business development through the organization and participation at a range of events. Represent LSEG by speaking at seminars, conferences and other client forums to promote LSEG and develop new client relationships
- Build constructive and proactive links with other LSEG businesses in order to maximise interdepartmental collaboration
- Work effectively and develop partnerships with other internal staff on key LSEG projects to develop the business
- Contribute to the design of Capital Markets' marketing strategy and help to define targeted marketing & digital campaigns to achieve specific objectives across the Americas
- Prioritises business development and marketing activities according to business and operational need and work with marketing team to coordinate and deliver specific marketing campaigns across the Americas
- Develop a strategic understanding of clients' business/sector and their requirements. Ensure this is fed back to in-house product and service teams on a timely basis
- Manages expectations, maintains regular contact with colleagues to keep them informed and updated on progress, issues and timetables and raises issues early

- The anticipated base salary for this position is $115,500 - $192,500.

- Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
