About the role
- The Personal Trainer is responsible for their client's physical assessments, exercise prescription and motivation as well as policy enforcement, record keeping and delivering excellent customer service at all times to every member.
Requirements
- At least one (1) of the following certifications ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NSCA, NASM, ISSA, WSI, Martial Arts/Boxing certification(s), or other manager approved certification- required
- BLS certified within 90 days of hire date- required
- Excellent communication and customer services skills-required.
- Ability to work variable hours necessary.
- Must be capable of maintaining positive ongoing communications.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED- required
- Bachelor's degree- preferred
- Basic computer operational skills preferred.
