Responsibilities
- Build lightweight integrations and internal tooling
- Investigate customer issues and partner with engineering to resolve them
- Document implementation processes and best practices
- Support customer launches and deployments
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and founders on customer needs
- We build AI that doesn't just assist auditors.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of software engineering, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical experience
Nice to have
- Experience working with APIs
- Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or workflow automation
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, or business operations tooling
- Startup experience
- Customer-facing experience
- Become proficient in Clark's product and infrastructure
- Independently handle well-defined implementation tasks
- Learn how AI systems are deployed in production environments
