As Project Manager at Gardner, you'll lead high-impact commercial interior projects.
No two projects are the same, and each one is a chance to create something meaningful and lasting.
You'll be the bridge between clients, designers, trade partners, and your own internal team, building trust, resolving conflicts, and ensuring everyone is aligned.
Lead the project team in planning and execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and trade partner coordination to ensure successful delivery.
Manage project estimation from conceptual budgeting through final pricing.

What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in construction as a Project Manager or in a closely related role.
Bachelor's degree with major coursework in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.
