About the role

The position is responsible for providing supervision of the Aircraft Records Department.
Ensures that all Aircraft Log pages are accounted for by completing monthly audits.
Ensures that all Letter Service Check Packages are accounted for by completing monthly audits.

Maintain/Audit computerized tracking system for hard time and life limited parts.
Maintain all maintenance records in electronic record keeping system and retrieve requested files in a timely manner upon request.

Ability to read & decipher technical aircraft data and/or material required.
Solid writing, communication, and computer skills required.
Supervisory and administrative skills.
Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to twenty-five pounds as part of routine job duties.

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.

Minimum of 3-4 years experience in an aviation maintenance environment preferred.
A four-year college degree with an emphasis in Business or Aviation preferred.
Aviation records experience preferred.
Trax program experience preferred.

$72,750 - $98,250 USD
